Here at BDVTrading.com, we offer a variety of products, from Magic: The Gathering, to Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and more. Whether you're a buyer or a seller, we’re thrilled to have you here. Let's walk through the steps to get you started.

Begin by creating your BDVTrading account. Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage and fill in your personal information. After completing the form, you will receive an email to confirm your account and create a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one special character, one capital letter, and one number.

For security purposes, we require all users to validate their ID. This helps ensure a safe and trustworthy marketplace for everyone. Once logged in, go to the account tab and submit your Tax ID number, or personal ID number along with a photo of your ID card, driver’s license, or a utility bill. We will validate your identity within 48 hours, and once approved, you will be eligible to start selling on BDVTrading.

Enter your Tax ID in the designated field in your account settings. This is necessary for tax reporting purposes and to comply with local regulations.

After submitting your ID and Tax ID, our admin team will review and confirm your information. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your account is confirmed, you can start uploading your items. Navigate to the "Upload Items" section in your dashboard. Here, you can upload TCG cards, board games, Funko Pops, and other collectibles. Make sure to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos for each item. Be sure to check our "Grading Guide" before you start uploading.

For TCG card sellers, the "Upload Cards" section allows you to add your card inventory. Use our easy-to-follow template to ensure your cards are listed correctly. You can lock each card attribute to streamline the process and use Ctrl+Enter to quickly add items.

After uploading your items, go to the user menu and select the "My Store" option. Each seller has their own private store page to manage. You can upload your own store banner, search or edit existing items, and use various filters to narrow your search, such as “sort by Price” or “Newly Listed”.

All orders will be available to manage under the "Orders" tab. Here, you can track sales, communicate with buyers, and process shipments efficiently. To help you prepare, check the "Packing List" under your account's Orders tab to see all the cards you'll need to prepare.

Once your buyers start receiving the cards, or if 40 days have passed since the cards were sent, they will be marked as “received”. This is when you'll get your money for the items in the form of store credit to be used on the website, or to withdraw to your bank account.
